Union Olimpija officially confirmed that Jure Zdovc, whose status was questionable so far despite a valid contract, will stays the main coach of the team also in the upcoming 2010/11 season …
The club's management committee supported Zdovc at one of its latest meetings but this is pretty much all that will remain from the previous coaching stuff. According to the club's official press release Union Olimpija doesn't count any more on assistants Zoran Martič and Gašper Potočnik. Instead Miro Alilovič, so far the head-coach of the Slovenian first division team Geoplin Slovan, and Andrej Žakelj will move to the club.
