On the second day of the 2010 Final Eight Tournament, which is organized in Novo mesto, Union Olimpija knocked out Helios 87:63 and almost humiliated the opponent from Domžale, which still tries to avoid the last place on the NLB League standings and needs to play against Union Olimpija in the 24th round again. In the other game, Krka defeated Hopsi62_54.
Zlatorog succeeded to qualify among the best four teams in the Slovenian Cup with the Thursday’s over-time victory against the team from Škofja Loka 83:76 while Geoplin Slovan knocked out Šentjur 87:85.
