He grew up with Radnički Belgrade (Yugoslavia) youth teams; was member of the Serbia & Montenegro Cadets National Team; played at the 2001 Cadets European Championship in Riga; was member of the Serbia & Montenegro Junior National Team; member of the Serbia & Montenegro U-20 National Team; played at the 2005 U-20 European Championship; played for the World's Team at Hoop Summit 2004 against USA National Team; has been member of the Yugoslav Cadets National Team; member of the Serbian national team.
